Yoga nidra is a state of rest for body and mind.  It requires no effort and gives great reward.  I believe that with anything we do in life regular practice makes it more beneficial.  Regular practice of yoga nidra can help to improve mental and physical health.  All are welcome! Contact me to book.

What to Bring

I will provide yoga mats but you are welcome to bring your own, to add a little extra padding.  Being comfortable is so important to benefit fully from your session.  With that in mind, please bring:

  1. water bottle

  2. blankets/duvet

  3. pillows/cushions

  4. eye mask

  5. extra socks

  6. anything else that will make you feel extra comfortable
